According of size-: According the size of the computer has four types.
1-Micro Computer–
in this types computer are very small. in this computer microprocessor was used so its called micro computer example IBM pc. Desktop computers, laptops, personal digital assistant , tablets & smartphones are all types of microcomputers.
These computers are the cheapest among the other three types of computers. The Micro-computers are specially designed for general usage like entertainment, education and work purposes. Well known manufacturers of Micro-computer are Dell, Apple, Samsung etc.
2-Mini Computer-
It’s size is grater then Micro and less then mainframe computer. Minicomputers are used by small businesses and firms. These are small machine and can be accommodated on a disk with not as processing and data storage capabilities as super-computers and Mainframes computers. These computers are not designed for a single user. Individual departments of a large company or organizations use Mini-computers for specific purpose.
3.Mainframe Computer
Its size is grate then Micro and Mini computers. In this computer many people work at a time.Mainframe computers are quite expensive nonetheless, and many large firms and government organizations uses Mainframes to run their business operations. The Mainframe computers can be accommodated in large air-conditioned rooms because of its size. Mainframes computer process and data storage capacity is large. Banks educational institutions,hospital and insurance companies use mainframe computers to store data about their customers, students ,patients and insurance policy holders.
4.Super Computer
It is very big in size.Supercomputer is the fastest computers currently available. Supercomputers are very expensive. These computers are employed for specialized applications that require immense amounts of mathematical calculations (number crunching).Super computer are using for scientific reason as like space laboratory for controlling as a rocket launcher

- Digital Computer-: A computer that work for in big range as like calculation and operation in big range this types computer use.
- Hybrid Computer-: in this type computer inputting and outputting both the signal analog and digital are using.
